Women's Circle: Movement and Songs
Safe space that seeks the spiritual empowerment of women through consciousness , body , movement and song . The objective is to strengthen the practice of connection with our body (embodiment), heart and with the conscious presence of True Self and divinity through different tools of meditation, breathing, movement and vocal expression.
We meet once a week by zoom, contact me for more information.
IFS and healing arts

Self-knowledge and emotional connection workshop using IFS (Internal Family Systems) as a tool and various modalities of embodiment, creativity and expression: movement, voice, drawing, writing, connection with the elements of the earth, among others.
Sacred Alchemy
"It is through inhabiting the body that we can embody the soul"
5 elements of Alchemy and the senses:
Space - Being, consciousness, containment.
Earth - touch, body, essential oils, self-massage.
Air - voice, breathing, songs.
Water - emotions, resonance, flow, writing, creativity.
Fire - movement, dance, heart.
Space
The pure consciousness, the observing consciousness, the consciousness of the heart, that which is beyond the forms, the body, the mind, the emotions and life circumstances; it is the pure, infinite, unchangeable space of consciousness. This space sustains us beyond the illusion of duality, of good/bad, pain/pleasure, desired/undesirable... it allows and sustains all these life experiences.
Voice
The voice is a unique expression of your soul. Many of us have had experiences that have prevented us from expressing ourselves authentically - being silenced in our expression in some way or another-. The voice is the conduit of primary expression, it is our unique essence in sound. The songs are invocations, prayers, mantras, they are anchors to get closer to the reality that we want to create from the heart.
Blooming Voices:
Process of 8 sessions in which we will use the voice as a tool for self-awareness and transformation. The voice is a unique tool to connect with the most vulnerable parts that need love and attention from your True Self. In these sessions I will guide you gently and together we will go deep to look at and heal what arises. This process goes beyond the voice because by connecting with your authentic voice we connect with our sovereignty and our power. I do this process in a one-on-one format via zoom.
Movement
I call the type of movement that we do in my workshops “Embodied movement”. We start with a somatic meditation to gradually increase body awareness and connect with bodily sensations. Once grounded and connected to the wisdom of the body, we allow the emotions that may have arisen through movement to express themselves.
By closing our eyes we can connect more deeply with the body and allow its wisdom to move us. This promotes that we are not focused on what the movement looks like but instead focused on how it feels. This allows the body to take charge and move more intuitively and in a continuous flow. This process is a type of neuromodulation that results in neurological changes in the brain, allowing greater body awareness as well as self-regulation of the nervous system.
Art, drawing and writing
Through writing, drawing and art in general we can express our deepest emotions and thoughts. Seeing them on paper, the process of disidentification can be easier, it allows us to have a certain distance from the Being, observe and integrate what needs to be integrated. Writing activates brain regions that are inactive when we talk.
Self massage and essential oils
Essential oils come from the earth, from the stems, leaves, roots or flowers and therefore bring their vibration/information with them. By connecting with them and to our bodies through massage we promote an expansion through the senses. Our body receives the message of care and love. This allows us to connect with the mother's archetypal energy, the energy of love and unconditional presence. In ancient times, these alchemical practices were designed to transmute the physical body and senses into an immortal presence and union with all that is.
